only code i get is for the heater on the o2 sensor. im stumped on this one. i pluged it into the snapon modis and thats all i got from it. i went and bought a new main relay from honda and still the same. wtf. any help please......
so replace the o2, ive heard of a few cars not wanting to start from that... but you say your fuel pump is still not comming on?
Check the fuel pump connector for proper voltage, intermitment opens, check the connectors and check the fuel pumps resistance. Could be a shotty pump.
fuel pump is good just checked. this is frustrating. now my sunroof leaked when i 1st got the car. i fixed this 1 of the drains was plugged. im thinkin maybe a loose ground or the harness has corosion??? what you think

well its kind of hard to think of anything cause we cant physically look at the car...if the pump is good..check the grounds, connections, fuses, etc. - process of elimination
there is a growing number of OBD1 ECUs that are having fuel pump problems due to the age of the parts inside. There is an electrolytic capacitor (that goes bad) that will stop the ECU from turning on the fuel pump.
Temperatures will change how the dieing cap reacts, so you may be getting hints that it needs service.
If you know someone who can solder on boards, for the cost ($2 max for the part) have the cap replaced.
