either take the door apart yourself and put the windows back on track or take it to someone who can do it

yea i know..i went through the same thing you're going through...it's not the regulators...it's something with the tracks...mainly that front track by the mirror...silicone helped my problem for the most part...i ended up getting 99-00 civic doors because i shaved my other doors and changed to the jdm style and haven't had a problem with the new doors...

problem with windows popping off the track is that it might start with one thing being out of line, but then more things get out of line too. So if you replace the tracks, for example, you think that fixed it only to find out that the regulator has been bent because of forcing the window down crooked. So you really don't know what is broken and needs to be replaced.

there is a bulletin at honda for this, they replace window motor(regulator) and the run channel.

when i do them at work i sometime just take the window out and take off the window run channel and take it and clean it with soap and water, sometimes it works sometimes i still have to put the window motor in.

Easiest solution is to take the panels off and look.
