Speedo doesn't works perfectly, but i thing it shouldn't affect VTEC, because when im going on 20km/h it shows 0km/h, on 40km/h it shows 20km/h, on 60km/h shows 40 and ect..... i think it can affect'VTEC only on first gear, but on second gear when speed more than 50-60km/h VTEC doesn't kicks in too
P.S. How to check oil presure? I think if oil presure would be low, the ECU should show an error....

to a degree your right. But you can also not have enough oil pressure for vtec and still have no error lights. Check your oil level and check for oil leaks.

check your oil pan for a dent. had this problem before and the dent caused it making oil pressure to the head inconsistent.

The oil pan is dented when you hit something and the metal is pushed inside of the pan.

Thank you, but i forgot to say, that motor reving past 6400 rpms, til 7000 or even 8000 rmp, but sometimes there is Solenoids click on 5000rpm, and i can feel and hear VTEC, and sometimes there is nothing, engine just reving 6400rpm, but there is no VTEC
Edit: Oil pan is really dented, will try to change it.
Thank you for advices
