Default Electrical problem - No Dash lights, power windows, etc

So after taking my tranny off and putting it back on now none of my dash works along with my sunroof, turn signals and power windows. The only thing that happened that probly caused this was my friend touching one of the battery terminals to the wrong side. Fuse 13, the "meter" fuse blew and i replaced it but my problem still exists. All my fuses and relays appear to be good. Any idea whats wrong?

I can almost bet you popped more fuses than just that one.

The car still runs? Just no electronics?

I'd check the big amperage fuses under the hood again.

dash and corner lights = small light fuse 20 amp
windows own fuse = 15 amp
sunroof probly a fuse

double check each fuse if not check for shorts

Yeah check all ur fuses again, u might have even blown the same fuse (13) again, could be a loose wire grounding out.

Yeah car runs good. Oh, and remember my problem before that you were helpin me with? The hard shifting in and out of gears? Turned out to be a faulty pressure plate from exedy. I put my stock pressure plate back on and everything works great now. But anyway back to this. Not all my electronics are out, just the ones i named. My locks and climate control work still and all exterior lights work as well. Dunno if my radio would work cause its not hooked up. I've checked ALL my fuses many times. A friend was tellin me a fuse could be bad even if it looks good still. Sounds crazy to me but is that possible?

alright so i just QUADRUPLE checked all my fuses under the hood and dash. They are all good. I even replaced all the under hood relays with known working ones. Still no luck. Could it possibly be one of the relays under the dash?

did you check your fuses just by looking at them with your eye? sometimes just by looking you can never tell. the best way is to check continuity with a DMM or use a test light.

it ended up just being a loose wire on one of the plugs under the dash on the driver side.
