Best hondata base map for turbo prelude
Setting up my s300, using the supercharged h22 with 440's for a base map. closest tunner to me is an hour away, is that a good base to use or something else?
superchargers are quite different from turbo maps. But if your car will run fine with it, then you can try it. Just don't boost! You'll be better off with stock map only with the changed injectors and don't boost!
Yea I don't plan on boosting just want to make it to the tunner, I figured with the superchagred map It would run richer and safer...starting it up tonight so we will see. Thanks

take the whole low cam ignition map (excluding idle) and knock off 4-5 degrees
do you have a wideband?

take 4-5 degrees off stock p28 map or off s-charged h22 w/ 440's map? Don't have a wideband at the moment, just crappy light show but still should give me a rough idea of how rich/lean its running. my tunner has a wideband so fine tunning won't be an issue. thanks

nah, not really. Its a light show.....
off the supercharged map. If you feel any hesitation, add fuel in the general area. stay off the gas.
Buy a new set of plugs so you can have a fresh set for the tuner. gap them to ~30-35

fyi, the engine is going to feel VERY unresponsive and slow, so dont be alarmed and give it more gas, lol.
the tuner "should" synch the timing in hondata with what the timing light shows. Depending on whether or not you are doing street tuning AND dyno tuning, he can mess with low cam ignition and get the engine back to its responsive state.
