recently put a sohc zc in my car with a brand new clutch and pressure plate, same old flywheel not resurfaced. so just since last week once anda wile my clutch in ingage really low in the pedal range but slip alot and then the rest of the time it catches in the middle and doesnt slip.. what could cause this?
it could be the fork was not placed in properly or u beat on the clutch before it broke in. let some kind of fluid get on clutch meat. etc... i say break it down and take a look can't be but so many problems..
Check your clutch cable and make sure its stable.
Also go down and look up the clutch pedal and check if this is broken.

When mines broke, it felt like sometimes I would have to press on the clutch all the way for the gear to barely get in, it would grind but I would jam it in. I'm not sure if the pictures is your problem, but I kinda also don't understand what your trying to say.

no i dont have too much slack.. when i press the clutch i feel it move the pressure plate teeth.
recap
some times when i press teh clutch pedal the clutch engages alot earlier than normal. (normal being half way disengaged) and when the clutch engages too soon i have to let off the clutch almost all the way before it stops slipping.
ps: i dont know what ime looking at in those pictures ahha.. way too blurry and big.
