Default Individual Coil Testing

I'm running a 2006 RSX-S with K-Pro and on occasion the car stumbles, skips a beat, falls flat on it's face even. This happens at lower rpm and I'm speculating that perhaps I have a bad coil pack. Does anyone know how to test one? Plugs were recently replaced with factory spec plugs to see if this would help and it didn't. Ground wires to the engine and the fuel rail ground are good (as Hondata suggests). I'm not throwing any CEL's. I've checked the factory service manual and it wasn't much help, but perhaps I was looking in the wrong place. Any thoughts on the solution to this problem or any means of testing the coils would be appreciated.

actually i have this problem and its from the kpro. i think you have to mess around with the low rpm timing. heres a link that talks about it on crsx.com http://forums.clubrsx.com/showthread.php?t=511765
