Intake Manifold questions

i have a 91 integra, and i was wondering does anyone know what the wire is above the intake manifold? that connects around throttle body and im connect... it looks like a rope type wire i guess that connects its obvious its like a rope lol

? are you talking about the tps? what does it connect to?
