I need to tap my intercooler plumbing before the throttle body. If i drill a hole in it for air fitting will it thread in or what can I do to make this work.I drew a pic of the plumbing and a circle for where i want to tap it.

you cant tap it to a port that sees boost.....best bet is to tap it to the turbo inlet...

I wouldn't plumb it that way.You will end up pulling oil and/or oil mist into your intercooler and throttle body. This is more an emissions type setup.Check the search feature about catch cans. There are a lot of nice setups people are using.
