i have a stock b18a1 i want to no how much horsepower and boost can a stock ls hold

if i want safe 8 pounds. that with a good tune is about 300-325 horsepower. or if u don't care you can run 15 pounds if your engine is good it'll hold for along time if not then it'll blow. you pick i ran arround 8 pounds and got 350.

so after i get it sleeved and ever thing u think it can hold about 13 pounds of boost and it will b fine
and do u think i need to check the compression of the cylinder
and what kinda of engine management system do u think i need to use
