is there anyway you can tell a tranny is LSD or not just by looking at it out of the car?

 

gotta take the axles out and look through the hole there

you can run the tranny code too

 

some trannys have a black LSD stamped on them... only seen it twice though. its on the case in black letters

what should i see if i look through the hole??? is there a line across or no line?

 

no line if you see a bar it is not lsd, jack up ur car both tires should spin the same way too
