whats the best t3 turbo that doesn't produce any lag?

putting together my turbo kit and was wondering what kind of turbo doesn't produce any lag... i want boost right away. and shooting for atleast 300hp.
here's my parts list:
b18b1 motor
-stock block
-built ls head stage2 all motor cams
-arp headstuds
-edelbrock victor x manifold
2.5 intercooler piping
30x6x3 intercooler
450cc

yeah i understand...but want something that will spool up fast all the way up too 6500-7000

run sumthing small.. gt28rs might do it for you.. gt30 would. and bigger and youll probably start feeling the lag...
personally, i love lag, gives you the reminder of what its doing, plus gives vettes a second where they think they have you on a roll on.

My GT3071R is pretty nice....lag is minimal and it hits boost like a trigger...pulling past 7k isn't an issue either cause my LSvtec spins to 8300 which is where I have the limiter at this time.
A little lag is good because you can drive around out of boost and still get pretty Honda-like gas mileage, especially if your tuned fairly well.

What power do you want to make? What's the purpose of the car? What's your budget? Stop this general crap, and be specific, otherwise, you're going to have EVERY T3 turbo mentioned. Help us, help you..
