Default omg my clutch

ok so iam stuck...i have a 96 prelude...f22 ...lastnite i was out driving and had no problems, everything felt good in the pedal no problems shifting...(and i dont race the car cause its so slow, so i wasnt beating on it)...but anyways so i come out this mourning and get reasdy do go to work and my clutch pedal feels really loose, and its not disengaging so i cant even get it in gear...so i checked to see is my clutch cable was loose maybe but not...didnt have time to really look at it cause i was a half hour late for work and i needed to find a ride...so tonite i go out to my car and step on the clutch to start the car and when i let up the pedal stays down ...so iam things maybe throwout bearing(release bearing)..or jus my clutch is shot...any1 have any idea or maybe know what it is???please...so i can fix untill i get the money for my H22

You should try to search next time

.......... https://honda-tech.com/zerothread?id=1787746

If that doesn't help, then there are 25 other topics in the Prelude archived section about "clutch pedal"

hows ur clutch fluid? its probably empty lol

I'd look for leaking clutch fluid first. I had a leak right under the resivoir (fill spot) on the line that comes out the bottem (one with screw clam on it). Could be your master and slave clutch cylinders aswell. Look for bleeding around your clutch peddal's cylinder under your left foot. Both clutches at a shop will run you around 250-300 or you can DIY pretty easily even with a Hanes or Chilton.

It's either your *clutch* master cylinder or your slave cylinder. The master has one pain in the *** bolt to get off.
I'm willing to bet that one of the two if not both is your problem, if it's not your fluid. Check easy things first.
