Default car studdering? im stumped

hey guys, its been like this for awhile, but i noticed it alot tonight

I was driving and while im at 3500 rpms or so just cruising it seems as if the motors shaking? the car is studdering? i give it gas the studder goes away.

and when im at idle, at a stop, my idle drops if im leaning backwards.

im really thinking its my mounts, as there stock mounts.

anyone have any ideas? the motor is fresh, its a jdm b16, cams, cam gear. blah.

mine does it too, ive been told its time for a tune up, and pull the dizzy cap off and check it. its been raning like crazy and cold as hell so i havent actually did it yet. but im pretty sure its that , cause my buddy's old car did the same thing back then when he got it , and he took it to a mechanic and they just replaced cap and rotors for him and everything fixed.
