Default Soft riding coilovers?

I was about to buy the Skunk2 Pro-S full coilover set for $500, to put on my Del sol DD.

I've been told they are very stiff though, and I'd rather not have a stiff ride.

I just put 15" rims on my car, and I'm still on OEM shock / springs and the its SO stiff its not any fun to drive. And if the skunks are any stiffer, I don't think I'm going to purchase them.

I wanna lower it. Due to the massive amount of wheel gap I have. But I need a smooth ride, something comfortable to drive in.

What can you guys recomend me? I'd like to say in the same price range, and be adjustable

This is what I'm trying to eliminate.

I want to drop it, maybe 1-2 finger gap left. But I still want to try and get a smooth ride.

Koni Yellows/GC Springs

tokicos and gcs if you dont have a lot of money or maybe even generic coilovers as long as you have decent shocks and shock travel your ride should be pretty good. Try adjusting your height to have 1" of shock travel of whatever shocks you have.

Looking at KYB's and H&R sprots, buddy recomended them.

And I'm currently on OEM shocks + springs, for those of you asking.

Tein basics or match some springs with some d-specs.

Tanabe coilovers. So soft, it feels just like stock.

But he said his stock setup is really stiff, LOL.

IMO, if you think the stock setup is stiff, don't lower your car at all...
