wipers wont work and when i have the fuse in the water motor is on at all times.

Default wipers wont work and when i have the fuse in the water motor is on at all times.

what could be the problem the car wont turn on the wipers and when i put the 20amp fuse in, the water squrter is always on.
96 honda civic cx hatch.

would you be able to explain how that switch comes off and can you let me know if it is eazy to replace.?

If I recall, there are two screws holding it in. You'll have to remove the steering column shroud to get to it. It will pull out once the screws are removed. I know mine stuck pretty well.

It's really easy to replace. It just sticks.

I don't know if this is your problem, but it sounds like it could be.

For the wipers it's basically the motor, linkage, plugs/wiring, switch (part of combo switch) and the intermittent control module on the back of the interior fuse panel.
