Default quick question

i bought a 98 ex sedan and it has a d16y8 with an aem intake. there looks like their is a plug that is supposed to plug into the stock airbox? and if it is not plugged in will i have a cel?

naw u should be fine. i have a 97 ex with an aem intake and i have an plugged up spot as well. and my car is runnin fine.

On the EX normally there is the IAT (intake air temp sensor) on the intake arm, I don't think anything goes directly into the airbox though... as long as you have that sensor plugged in it shouldn't throw codes even if it's not in the intake stream.
