Question about oil an the head.
I had my head disassembled and i had really warn rockers. I was told that I was prolly because i was starving the head since I had a Oil pressure gauge an the turbo feed line coming from it. I also heard that these heads sometimes dont have enough oil causing stuff to wear more. So im wonderinf if it would be a good idea to run a line from a sandwhich plate to the head for more oil. I disconnected everything thats on the head (oil gauge, turbo feed) So it shouldnt be any more problems. is this a good idea?
A bypass directly to the head will help oil circulation in the head.
An oil pressure gauge sending unit uses no oil, and does not affect the oiling whatsoever. The turbo feed will, but the gauge sending unit will not.

Please do explain how a mechanical oil pressure gauge uses oil and/or affects oiling in the head. It might affect oiling for 0.25 seconds while the feed line fills with pressurized oil (if it drains, but I doubt most would), but I doubt you're running the engine hard within 0.25 seconds of starting it.

No, it doesn't, it's just a gauge.
It does not sound like a good idea.
