confirm my worst fear....
ok so this is where i'm at right now:
-no white smoke from exhaust
-no oil in coolant
-no coolant in oil
-new rad cap
-new coolant
-t-stat operates perfectly
-never gets hot
now the bad:
-constant air in the cooling system
-coolant system can't build enough pressure to flow into overflow bottle
so anyone can help me that would be great

well my guess is the headgasket took a ****. well i'm gonna ghetto it by just swapping in a new HG. gonna reuse head bolts and i'm just gonna slip the timing belt off the cam gears. also gonna say the hell with getting it decked. it never overheated yet. Mmmm i love ghetto fixes. my inspiration is my engine build on the side lol. Wish me luck!
What method are you using to inform your self that you have air in the system ?
What kind of headgasket did you use to begin with ?
Try using an OEM honda headgasket with copper spray
Make sure your torque sequence is proper :-)

well today at work i used our leakdown tester. coolant was shooting everywhere! lol
it's just my daily driver so it was all factory. cars got 306xxxkm on it now so it's served me well. i ordered another oem honda HG. it's all stock so it doesn't see much full throttle anymore. yea forsure sequence is everything. i also ordered new headbolts from honda. heads being pressure tested and decked now. not sure what made it finally go other then just worn out. thanks guys
