That looks like a 282mm rotor. Not sure on the caliper. It could be a custom painter ITR caliper.

That is a 17CL15VN found on the Integra Type-R because that is a 23T bracket. The acura letters are sprayed on or maybe a sticker. That looks like a 4x114.3 bolt pattern. It is not the typical Integra 4x100 hub because the centerbore is too big.
