Default signal lights---bright light---in gauge cluster---affecting heater gauge needle?!?!?!?!

Pretty much the title, I start the car and the left turning signal and the brights light (blue) are on but very dim. If I use the left turning signal the engine temp gauge moves to the beat. If I use the brights then the needle on the gauge continuesly goes to the top at a fairly fast steady pace.

I think that it has somthing to do with the electrical but i have no Idea where to look.

Seccondly how to I find out if my radiator fan is busted. It seems not to work but all the wiring and fuses seem fine.

I drive a 88 CRX with a B16A transplant....... if anyone could help it would be great.

did you recently switch gauge clusters? when i put a 90 cluster in my 89 BEFORE rewiring, i had similar results.

if not, sounds like you got some wires crossed up
