Default Mini-Me???

Alright so I'm planing on doing a mini-me vtec head swap. I'm putting on a d16z6 vtec head on my stock d15b7, and I was just wondering how much of a performance change I should be expecting from that. And also what kinds of gains should I be seeing by also adding a greddy 4-2-1 vtec header w/a high flow cat. Thanks for the info.

You will gain a little power (emphasis on "little"). The header and cat will help a little bit.

In my opinion, mini-me's aren't worth the money. You're better off with an a6 cam swap.

If it's done correctly, you might net a 10whp peak gain. That's just a guess; I've never seen any dyno comparisons of b7/z6 mini-me's.

You might gain an additional 4-5whp from the header and cat (which is also a guess).

If you screw up your timing when performing the head swap, you might even lose power.
