Default Do I need an FPR?

So I have my new setup on (SLS shorty, GT3255, 6.5 psi until block is built) and I have been messing around with Neptune RTP to get my 880's running well. All the basemaps I upload are waaaaay too rich in pretty much every portion of the map, so I end up running an incredibly low duty cycle. This leads me to believe that my fuel pressure is too high. I am running a Walbro 255 pump, BTW. I haven't measured the fuel pressure, so I don't really know if it is too high or not. Has anyone else experienced this?

Yeah, it is in the low 11's, high 10's once I get out of closed loop. I am pretty much just smoothing out fuel cut and idle, so I am driving it around slowly and out of boost.

when i got a 255 lph walbro pump, my fuel pressure only went up a few pounds. the car ran fine on the stock map. you dont really need a fpr unless the duty cycle of your injectors is really high and you need more fuel when tuning.

It is in the 11's just driving around. Boost will send it well into the low 10's.

Nothing at all. I am just saying that every basemap is beyond pig rich and wanted to see if the fuel pressure was abnormally high causing this issue.

way too rich for driving around... high 14's, really low 15s out of boost...
you dont need a FPR, just take some fuel out

14.7 is ideal for cruisin... aim for that.. obviously its gonna take some time to get it perfect...
low 11's and 10s are good in boost... thats all..
just keep at it, it takes some work...

exactly...

some basemaps wont even IDLE when you first start up... if the injectors are big enough...

so why would that be different for the rest of the map?
