Mk I am having kinda of a shity problem, and cant seem to figure out what it is...So i thought i would try my luck asking here maybe someone else has had this issue...I got a lsvtec chiped pr3 ecu running in my ef (well my friends) and everything is stock EXCEPT the walbro 255 lph fuel pump was purchased from xenocron. While droping the tank the fuel line was broken off (which is expected) and one was made at a local shop..The car ran fine, untill recently we noticed werid things, AS IN the car would run fine from starup, but then we noticed after driving on the highway doing about 120 110 (kmh) the car would start to bogg out, it would stutter once we pushed the gas pedal down, and it would seem like its going to shut off until u let the gas go,onyl way we can gain speed is by doing it slowly and push the gas lighty...When we put the car in nuteral while the car does this it would only rev to about 5000rpm...Now the only way we figured out to get rid of this is by shutting the car off while driving, for a few seconds then starting it back up...but then it will do it again...NOW i am not a big techie, but seems to me to be a fuel problem, but if the fuel pump was bad it wouldnt work at all or give problems from the start, not after a couple weeks (unless it does lol) i am juss seeing if anyone has had this problem before or any input....OH and ecu is not throwing any codes at all too
