N1Concepts is the best place I have done business with. They always have a fresh shipment of quality parts in stock. http://www.n1concepts.com

Dont waste your money buying a motor.. just have your's rebuilt or go ls/vtec.. trust me.. you wont be happy with the money you spend on a used engine.

I bought a JDM swap from http://www.hmotorsonline.com and it had double the amount of miles advertised (i knew because it had a timing belt and service sticker on it and it stated 93,xxx KM)

and now just last week i put a USDM B18c1 in my car and although i didn't pay anything for it and it is a little nicer, I should have just built a ls/vtec, which I still might do..

This would be the way to go. You have a great motor to work with. If you want to build a Ls-v i have a b18b that i am trying to get rid of for cheap. you can use the gsr head and buy a turbo with the money you would use to buy a motor and be good to go.
