Car runs fine with the jdm f20c. its an 01 car. 03 motor.. getting a code. P0410.
any ideas?

 

The secondary air pump should be a P0410. This system injects cold air into the exhaust for 60 seconds at start-up. It is meant to improve start-up emissions efficiency. If you set a P0410 code after the initial fix reset the ECU

 

check your vac lines if everything checks out pull the bumper off and make sure its connected right its on the drivers side

alright so its nothing major and has no affect on anything besides a cleaner start up? car runs fine and starts up with ease

 

yes car will run fine , i did for a month n makes no effect on performance

 

No 'real' ill effects. More than likely it's just a loose/disconnected hose.
