Replacing Honda Accord 00' V6 Engine Mounts
I went to the Honda dealership to get my 150k inspection done. I had some clicking sounds in the front passanger side when I would break. I brought that to the attention of the tech rep when I dropped my car off.
He called back and stated that 3 of my engine mounts were broken and it would cost me $850 to replace! I asked him if I did not replace them now, what POSSIBLE issues could I be dealing with - he replied that he didn't know and didn't want to quote me anything because he didn't know what could happen but that some internal damage could occur.
Am I getting ripped off or is this a fair price?
