hi there, i recently fitted some 45mm lowering springs to my em2. straight after there was a grinding noise coming from the suspention when i turned the wheel when the car wasnt moving. i replaced the top mount bearings which solved the problem. now after 350miles it started to do it again.

can any one help me on this, its realy annoying.

when iv got some extra cash i will be replacing the shocks with tien or k sport but in the mean time i have to get it soerted becouse the sound is driving me mad.
