Default Front passenger lower control arm pivot bolt bung nut

95 Civic Ex Coupe. Two years ago, I replace all the suspension bushings with polyurethane ones for road racing. Fast forward 2 years, the car's been sitting in storage due to a job change and out of state relocation, I'm getting it ready to hit the track again, going over all the usual things (replacing all the fluids, checking all the nuts and bolts, repacking the CV joints and replacing the boots, etc.) Anyhow, I notice that the front pivot bolt on the front passenger lower control arm looks like it has backed out about an 1/8". When I tried tightening it, it just spun. Fearing it was stripped, I loosened it up (which took quite a few turns), and just as I pulled the bolt out, I hear the *tink* of the welded bung nut INSIDE the subframe assembly fall off. The weld failed on the bung nut? Sucks to be me.

My question is, the subframe that contains said nut (which has a tiny, pinky sized hole that I can just barely feel the nut sitting inside) appears to be 2 pieces clamshelled together. Do these pieces come apart, so that I can get inside and weld the nut back on, or are they seam welded together and I have to buy an entire new subframe just because of one stupid nut?
