need to paint my rota slips
hey! i wanna paint my slips coz its kinda dirty now eve if i scrub it down it wont come off. So i decided to just paint it. Can some one recommend a good clear coat for the rims so it doesnt clip off.
Im thinking of getting the non glossy ones

Chipping probably wont be you concern really...from my experience it will be the heat the paint will need to take...ESPECIALLY the front wheels since thats mostly you braking power...the heat from the brakes will cook a cheaper paint and make it discolor...so if i had to recommend a can paint i would say try something with a heat resistance (High Temp Paint) They sell its at autozone
good luck

yeah some one suggested that i get a high temp paint

You're thinking of "matte" finish.
I found a wheel specific spray paint at Kragen an then used a clear coat spray for engine blocks.
