Default Vtec Head Swap???

So I'm thinking about doing a vtec head swap. And I was wondering which vtec head would be the best fit for my D15b7. I've searched and read up on it. And I was just wanting some more opinions. Thanks for your info.

I would go with a z6 head. It depends which way you want to go with the motor. NA or turbo though.

I don't think either one of those heads will work on a D15b7.

Would Not Work At ALL! You need a SOHC Head. Personally I would just get a VTEC Block and head and call it a day. It will be stronger overall.

I would just get whatever head is cheaper. The y8 will yield slightly more compression than a z6 or obd1 d15b VTEC head.

Better yet, don't get any head at all because a mini-me is a waste of money.

sohc vtec head on a non-vtec d-series is called a "mini-me" you can look for "mini-me" in the index and go from there.
