don't believe everything you hear, (even on HT)
but to answer your question, no, it's not worth it, especially on an auto trans,
put the time you just saved into suspension, you will feel the difference there

im running amr engineering coilovers. use the search button and put amr engineering.

spc rear camber
full energy bushing kit
upgraded lcas
asr subframe
itr swaybar
upgraded motor mounts (the inserts are good enough)
3 point front strut
4 point strut for rear

after time the pulleys will begin to woble. causing other problems....
my friend has aem pulleys and the one on the powersteering actually wobbles... not enough to cause problems but u can tell eventually it will be a problem.
