need help 96 integra***HELP***
i juss got an oil change maybe 5 days ago and it seems like its out of oil for sum reasson im thinkin its from my exhaust its striaght all the way n no muffler no cat or resin.......can that be the reason cuz it smells funny with no cat and back fires alot too without muffler
a straight-through exhaust will have nothing to do with how much oil your car burns...
- how much oil did you put in in the first place?
- how much oil is showing on the dipstick?
- look for puddles where you park your car to see if the oil is just dripping out
- check to make sure the oil filter is screwed on tight enough, same with the oil drain bolt
- just look all around the engine bay for oil leaks
- look at the your exhaust (not the pipes, the stuff that comes out), if it has a very slight blue-ish tint to it, you're burning oil
and I agree with Dogginator, do a compression test and see what your numbers are like

no leaks ne where put 4 quarts n its low now the oil light flashes..... when i smash on the car to the fullest black smoke comes out of the exhaust and when i leave it in high rpm close to redline

Bad valve stem seals will produce white smoke under load, not black smoke. Black smoke means it's burning fuel, not oil. Burning oil produces a thick white smoke.
I would recommend doing a simple compression check on all cylinders and comparing them across the board.
