D15 with Jackson Supercharger
Ok so I blew up my d16a6 engine so I decided to save the car by trying to install a d15a and put my mpfi intake on it. But I came across a Jackson supercharger cheap for an eg civic which replaces my mpfi intake. So now I have a d15a block and Jr supercharger. Is this a good Idea, because I cant find any aftermarket parts for the d15a like connecting rods. Am I just going to gernade this one too? Where do I stand? any kind of imput would be nice, anykind. Thanks.

the JRSC will work just fine on the stock motor.
but usually, those older motors are treated like crap. and its hard to find one that wasnt neglected.
do the basic maintenance on it first, then boost it. then again, if it blows up, those motors are only like $100.

the boost levels and delivery are consistent. it doesnt "shock" the motor into boost like a turbo does.

Wont hurt it at all if its in decent shape.......still wont have much oomph....but better than stock. thats fur shur.
