Default Rear LCA's

hey guys im getting into doing all my suspension and recently bought omni power full adjustable coils and want to get rear lca's to go with them. i know which ones i want but i have noticed many people have a block between them with a sway bar outside everything. what its that center block between the LCA's called? i think its called a rear lower arm bar but im not sure.
thanks

im talking about the metal bar in the middle that the LCA's attach to if this helps clarify.

that's the ASR subframe brace. pretty much mandatory with a rear sway 22mm+ unless you want subframe tearout. other options, but less blingy, are bsq or beaks kits.

if ur refering to the "metal block" that the sway bar attatches to in the pic above me, its called a subframe reinforcment kit. eg/ek chassisesises are weaksuce and need help holding onto ur bar. <-- simple explaination.

other misc ull need- these should come with the swaybar

endlink kit. its complex bolts to hold down each end of the sway bar (go in the holes in ur pretty new LCA's)
d brackets and bushings- d-shaped brackets(right next to the muffler in the pic) anf the d shaped bushings that fit into them.
