Default skunk 2 struts

hey guys i searched around for info on skunk 2's struts, found like 3 worthless theads. I know koni yellows rock, tokico illuminas are good too, this is on my daily driver with tein s-techs. A local shop can give me a killer deal on the skunk 2 struts, 200.00 for the set. How do they perform? I havent heard much about them?

i have the skunk2 struts paired with skunk2 springs and i love the set up. my brother has the skunk2 struts paired with tanabe gf210s. when we assembled his suspension, since the shock bodies are shorter it made it a bit difficult to put the top hats on. other than that they are great. do research on spring rates, they make big differences in a shock and spring combinations.

the sk2 shocks should go well with your s-techs...you might bottom out a little but overall performance should be decent for the money. these shocks beat out the tokico blues and kyb gr-2's forsure.

the drop all the way around is perfect for me, i have 15 inch wheel w/ 195/50/15. there really isnt a finger gap in the rear, not that its tucking. but the front tucks only slightly.
