d16z6 crower stage 1 cam good......

with stock valvetrain? anyone done it befor? it's just a stage 1, on there websit it doesn't say that I need the valve, springs and retainer kit, so i'm guessing it should be good right? thanks in advance

you'll be plenty fine with the stage 1 cam with stock valve train components. i run a zex stg 2 but with springs and its been great so far.

You'll be fine, but just know you won't gain optimal performance without dyno tuning it with a tunable ECU.
