Default ROCKERS

Are h23 an f22 the same as a h22 rockers? I need some. Mine are warn for soem reason. The vtec ones are fine just the small one.

The H22 rockers are machined as a set. You cannot replace just one rocker. You must replace all three as a set.

every set of rockers are different, u have to kepp all 3 together when moving it around

since my rocker are warn... what are the negs. ? After i get this rebuild it going to the dyno then im hitting the road to NH from CA. I onlt get maybe 300whp because of the injecters? SO what im asking would i run into problem if dyned then drive home? I dont want to run into trouble.

If the rockers are worn, replace them and the cams.

If the rockers are wadded up, I would NOT reuse the cams unless you have them refinished. You're begging for trouble if you just throw the cams back in.

So what do you mean by worn? When I think of worn, I think of something that's abnormal, like divots in the rocker pads.

yup. this si what the machine shop thinks. weak spring cause the rocker pad hit the cam. the cams look fine. just wear on the pads.

i personlly havent seen the cams but according to these guys there fine.
