INSTALLING HEADERS...
HAVE A 98 CIVIC EX D16Y8
HAVE'NT HAD A CHANCE TO LOOK,
DOES THIS ENGINE HAVE TWO O2 SENSORS??
CAME ACROSS "SOME HOLLEY HEADERS FOR 96-2000
CIVIC EX".. BUT THEY ONLY HAVE ONE 02 SENSOR BUNG,
THATS LOCATED CLOSE TO CATALYTIC..
IF THIS ENGINE DOES HAVE TWO 02 SENSORS ,
SUGGESTIONS ON HOW TO PROCEED..... DRILL AND WELD BUNG NUT ON HEADER??? OR CAN I USE JUST ONE 02 SENSOR HOOKED UP ON BUNG NUT LOCATION CLOSE TO CAT??

Others are going to give you a hard time about this, so I'll just be the first to correct you on the fact that "header" is singular in this case. It isn't like a pair of pants or scissors.
Your car does have two O2 sensors, but only one is located in the header. The Holly header you were looking at, therefore, will work fine.

Like said above, your OBD2 engine has two O2 sensors, but only one goes onto the header. You'll be fine, you have the header you need, and you can install it without modification.
THANKS FOR THE CORRECTION, """HEADER""
HAVE TO EXCUSE THIS OLD GUY!!
THOUGHT I WAS STILL WORKING ON MY OLD MUSTANG!!
SO YOUR SAYING THAT THE BUNG NUT CLOSE TO CAT WILL WORK?
WHAT WILL I DO WITH OTHER SENSOR THAT ORIGINALLY RAN TO THE STOCK PIPE??

No worries. It's just that some people here try to amuse themselves by "flaming" members for typing headers or spelling VTEC with an "h". I wanted to avoid that.
Yes, you will use the bung right near the cat, and you won't even have to touch the secondary O2 sensor, which is located at the other end of the cat where it bolts to the exhaust.
