ok i'm doing my swap to b series soon i need a vtec solnoid for my b16 head, will the one on my d16z6 fit, it looks like it but i don't wanna take it off and put it back on and risk it leakinf for no reason
so will it fit?

I don't think they do fit, I don know the oil pressure plug faces a different direction though. Take some calipers or a scale and measure the distance from the centers of the mount bolts on each solenoid for starters. If it matches up it's not a guarantee it works but would at least warrant you taking it off to try it out.

EDIT: I checked a dealer parts list and the 2 solenoids use the same filter & seal part # so there is still some possibility since the oil passages should line up OK...
