Default my car wont start.. please help diagnose

ok i got a 90 civic hatch at the house for over a year now and i want to get this thing started... (d16z6 sohc vtec turbo)
i was going to swap it so i took all the sensors n crap out, but last min decided not to.

someone stole my hood so it sat for a few weeks wit no hood in chicago weather.

i a few weeks ago i connected everything back together and now i get nothing. not a sound when i try to start the car.

i tried jumping it= it made one crank noise. now nothing

what could it be,
rusted camshafts?
need new starter?
alternator?
any suggestions

also the last day i drove it, i did an oil change, drove it around the city and all of a sudden it stopped boosting... what could cause this also.

on my boost- vac gauge it would go from -x(vac) to 0 but never go to the boost side. i could hear the turbo but no BOV?

any help would be appreciated thanks

if you didnt get any crank until you jumped it try getting a new battery...
and about your boost issue....sounds like you just popped a charge pipe off or something??

Boost problem would either be a worn coupling that's leaking, popped off charge pipe or a blown turbo (spins but won't boost).

Make sure your starter is getting starter signal from your key. If the battery is worn, or if the starter is dead, you should at least here the solenoid click.

You leaving it outside in the weather with no hood is the main problem.

Check your couplers see if any of them are disconnected/not tight that would cause the boost problem.

do your battery terminals make a good connection to the battery? maybe your battery cables are bad. Try replacing them.

definitely sounds like a bad ground. Makesure the one from the valve cover is not corroded. If that ground wire is not there it would act similiar to what it is doijn now.
