Default 90 STD hatch build (sleeper)

Well I sold my CD5 accord 2 years ago (I see it from time to time and its all riced out ). I finally have a garage for the first time so I thought it was time for another project. Being on a super tight budget I grabed a 90 hatch in some awesome oem brown(yes the colour is staying) that I picked up for 200 canadian. Car has 325 000 km on it an the timming belt slipped on it. I have a d16z6 that i picked up for 100 bucks from a good friend got to grab an full SI interior for 40 bucks(its legal). Oh and the vx wheels were on it, and they stay to, but will get refinished.

But first of is RUST. considering the age and milage, for a canadian car it really wasnt bad at all. It will need new fenders and mabye a hood if I cant get the dents out. The hatch it perfect with no rust (again rare in canada) but there is some rocker work and above the A pillar that need to be patched up, as well as around the tail lights.

The car will get a 14b or t3 of sorts, if it makes 200whp when im done I will be happy as it is a daily driver (I moved to the country and still need good gas milage). The Hf style main thats on the car now will be used for the turbo setup and heat sheild will go back on as well as the cold side piping will route through the stock intake arm and air box (ala the civic in sport compact car, even though i wanted to do that before I read the mag ).

Still havent decided if I want to run a quiet 2.5in exaust or do stock with a cut out. Im getting older now and the fart can sound is way over with. i like a quiet car. My thoughts are id rather sacrifice the the 10-15hp of the cut out and just do the full exaust. but price will be the deciding factor in the end as I have 0 saved and I just buy stuff if the wife gives me the ok.

Plans for the out side are ,
fix rust properly
remove tint
new headlights or fix the ones i have(they are a bit rusty in sie, but it looks like there is a peice of metal that fell in the housing)
repaint mouldings with a fresh black
repaint car oem colour.

It will be a long process , but the ones the body is fixed and engine are in(with out the turbo, its not in the budget right now) I will drive the car.

heres some snaps of the worst rust spots, and the undercarrage is acctually in good shape......from what I can see.

this spot is going to be tricky to fix, previous owners had ducktape everywhere

I think yo all know what a dpfi engine bay looks like by now so i will spare you the pics
