Default what to do next to my R

i got a 2000 ITR, with just the basics done, comptech intake system, skunk 2 pro-series im, DC 4-1 header, ported head (both manifolds are port matched... now im not sure what to do next.... i want a little more power, but still want to stay NATURALLY ASPIRATED, and pass smog since i live in CALI, most people say cams, but i was wondering if anyone had any other suggestions.... thanks

Get a mugen intake, hytech catback, hytech or smsp header tuned on hondata. 200 whp right there

actually no, but i dont really want to tear down my tranny yet, shes only at 68,793 right now, maybe in another 10k, when i do my synchros i might change out the final drive.... any other suggestions? thanks

Get out and do some HPDE's. Get the driver some more skill to be able to do what the car is capable of doing.

I couldn't agree with these statements anymore. My first track experience was the best $400 I'v spent.

Here are some reading material to that will be beneficial to the track, and every day driving:

If you wanna be able to pass smog without changing anything, it'll rule out hondata and a race header such as hytech or smsp. What exhaust system do you have?

Right now just a DC 4-1, the rest of the exhaust is stock itr...

I'm guessing your referring to the Valentine One. I had one. Never had a ticket while I had it. It got stolen, and 3 days later got it a ticket. Definately on my to get list. Thanks for the reminder.

what is exactly is a "valentine one"? i'm guessing some sort of radar or police transmit detector. since you said it helped you avoid getting tickets.

4.9 final drive upgrade. ats or mfactory.
8 lbs flywheel/lightened. clutch upgrade.
jdm itr piston.
