just bought some buddy club 3 cams an i'm looking for some valve train let me know whats out there

I have been running Supertech springs/retainers for a few years now on my 2.0L, revving to 9500 with Pro3's all day with no problems.

Heard good things about Supertech. I'd like to try their aluminum retainers with their springs and valves.

those cams are mild cams. You shouldnt have to rev past 8 for those to peak. Stock is just fine but if your worried, get some port flow inners.

How do you know what is under his valve cover? I can't even tell that he has an itr.....
