Default cost of f22 tranny?

how much is a f22 tranny from a 96 accord? my friend is selling his bcoz his putting a jdm h22 in it, he said it was rebuilt and comes with the clutch, he also needs money and i dont know how much i should give him for a reputable price.

f22 tranny will bolton to a h22 right? or do i need to modify something?let me know guys, this might be it my tranny swap..

He should be paying you to take it......its worthless IMHO. An F22 gears suck when matched to the H22. How would you like a 10mph lag into 2nd gear for vtec? nuff said.

Unless you really like running low RPMs on all those highway trips you take, the F22 transmission is not for you

Youd better be making alot of power though....The fastest Prelude guys have all run H series transmissions.
