Hey guys, I know another one of these threads. I'm just looking for some emissions help for my turbo 96 ex converted to obd1. I'm in the Coatesville, Downingtown, Reading, York, Pottstown areas. Car is in perfect condition, tuned, has stock cat, I just don't feel like removing everything when its real cold for inspection. Thanks a lot! Pm me if you have any details.

 

Sorry I dont have the whole answer for you but just do a drive by the inspection station and ask them what will be required, have them stick their head under the hood, dont use the station you are actually going to use when the time comes.

The timing has to be on target and I recommend you drive it hard to get the cat hot so it can do a better job of cleaning things up, where is the O2 sensor located on this thing. I do not know if they look for pending codes or if the monitors have run, but didnt you say its OBD I now. 1996 may require OBD II, go and ask, other guys can give a better answer for you here lets hope they know PA well. Is the emission sticker still under the hood.
