bumper question...

i want put a 99 bumper on my 96 coupe...can i just swap the bumper or do i need a new hood and grill aswell???

add headlights to that list too....

you need new headlights, bumper, grill and fenders

you need the hood, fenders, headlights and grille to do the 99-00 frontend swap. the 99-00 radiator support would be nice as well, but you can get away with notching your stock one.
