Any parts that you will need would be from the Si Civic (US model). I'm not sure what the model is there that came with the B16 but those would be the axles you need. If you go to the main forum page for 1992-2000 Civic there is an FAQ stickied at the top, in there you will find all the information on the swap.

Good Luck.

Oh and you shouldnt need to change any wires behind the dashboard, just the harness for the engine and ECU will need to be replaced or programmed for the B16

It depends on what year the engine harness is from the B16A2. Your 2000 Civic is an OBD2B so you need to obtain either a 99-00 harness from a USDM Si (B16A2), a 99-00 harness from a USDM EX (D16Y8), or a 96-98 harness from a USDM EX with an OBD2A-OBD2B conversion harness. Or equivalent harnesses with same motors since you're in the UK.

Next, there is no reason you need to touch the cabin harness. The cabin harness will plug into the engine harness that comes through the firewall. If you have the correct harness (from above), it's plug and play.

Lastly, axles. You can use nearly any 32 mm axles from any B series vehicle, but make sure you have the halfshaft that bolts to the rear of the motor (the halfshaft on the B16A2 will be male). The passenger side axle is male, which means it plugs into the tranny, and the driver side axle is female, so the half shaft plugs into it. Later gen 98+ USDM ITR's use 36 mm axles so don't get those.

[axle nut sizes corrected]

All USDM 92-00 civic and 94-01 integra axles are 32mm. They are called 32mm because the bolt that holds them into the hub is 32mm. The 5 lug JDM ITR axles are 36mm. JDM CTR axles are 32mm. The only U.S. civic hubs that I can even think of that are of a different axle spline is the 88-91 CRX HF.

OP: You can use either a 99-00 EX or 99-00 Si Harness for a quicky, easy, sleazy plug and play depending on what ECU you using. These can be hard to locate. You can just use your old D series harness. The only plugs that are different, I believe are the IAT, the IACV, and the EVAP.

You can lenghthen the intake manifold/fuel injection harness by unlooming it and just stretching the wires to fit and relooming it.

You have to do a pin out and figure out pins on the IACV. The ORANGE wire gets deleted. I believe the blue/black wire gets moved at the ECU pin. I forget the exact location of the pin changes.

You can use any USDM EG/EK/DC2/DB8 B series axles or the JDM EG/EK/DC2 NON TYPE R. You can use the Si shift linkage, and I think the DC linkage.

Brainfart... you are correct, 32mm for all Civics/Integras, except 36mm for the larger-splined ITRs. Thanks for the correction.
