hey guys a found a honda civic 2000 coupe for $3000 with a b16 engine but the car is total but the engine is perfect. so a what i want to know what is should do to put the b16 engine in my honda civic ek5. what are the tips you can give me step by step. and what i am gonna need extra

3k$ sounds ridiculous. Some insurance companies will 'total' a car, but a salvage yards may still consider it 'repairable' and not completely scrap it. Just depends. Need pics.

Engine swamps are not good. They tend to hydrolock if they are too swampy....
As for engine swaps, 3k does sound steep for the car unless it's an ITR or something. Si's tend to bring 1800-2200 or so if they are fairly totaled. Rebuildable ones obviously bring a good amount more.
