Default need help..upgrading brakes.. rear disc brakes?

okay im soon to be an eg owner and in december i will be swapping in a b18c1 gsr. when having a faster motor put in to my car does that mean i need to upgrade the brakes? my car will only have front disc brakes. will i have to add rear disc brakes to the car? or just upgrade to like slotted/drilled rotors and better brake pads?
i also heard if you have to get disc brakes in the rear, i could swap in integra reaer disc brakes? does anyone know where i would go to get them if thats what i would have to do to upgrade for my swap. and i would probably have a mechanic do it for me or a friend that knows how because i have no mechanical ability at all.

so whats your opinion on what i should do to the brakes?

thanks!

i would do the brakes. you feel a big difference. and if u wanna go faster then you're gonna have to be able to stop. i would go to a local junk yard and get the rear disc off of an integra

You don't need rear discs..

you just need better tires and brake pads.

well if i do a rear brake setup
can anyone give me a list of the stuff i will need?
im startin to go toward the side of just gettin the disc brakes in the rear cuz it will make it a lot easier if i EVENTUALLY go turbo later on a few years.

so does anyone know a list of everything i will need to put integra rear disc brakes in? and if youve done it how much it costed you?

thanks for all the replies!!

you will need the entire rear disc trailing arm. and e brake lines and brake lines.

and a 4040 prop valve.

you can get these at a junk yard, the rear disc complete trailing arm conversion will run you from 150-300 depending on whom. and e brake lines about 100 bucks. brake lines about 50.

4040 prop valve will run you about 50.

after this then you will barely be able to stop with a turbo. from personal experience you will also need big brake kit in front. 11" rotors and itr calipers and bigger master cylinder. then you will be able to stop.

for references check out fastbrakes.com

btw, i have a 4040 prop valve i can sell to you.
